Calibration

Without calibration, testing is useless. Therefore Deltec calibrates and profoundly tests all equipment before it goes to the customer. As several standards prescribe, Deltec performs reference checks on concrete. Next to that all equipment will be delivered with calibration certificates from single components like sensors and torque wrenches. All weights are being checked on calibrated scales and Deltec developed a number of internal calibration methods.

To double check that our equipment measures what it should measure, Deltec regularly attends Round Robin comparison tests. Together with leading test laboratories and under leadership of recognised institutions, results of several test devices are being compared mutually. Also several Deltec customers with Deltec equipment attend.

Nevertheless laboratories need to follow the ISO/IEC 17025 regulations. For official calibrations Deltec refers to the accredited calibration institutions.
