The Club Tester shows on the basis of standardised values how a player perceives a pitch regarding hardness (shock absorption), stability (vertical deformation) and elasticity (energy restitution). These values have a direct relation with topics like injury sensitivity and how fatiguing a pitch feels for the player to play on. By easily measuring these values the pitch can be maintained efficiently and purposively what results in a longer pitch lifetime.
